AGREEMENT
Our Relationship
At Saveful, we believe the best creator relationships are built on trust, transparency and a shared purpose. This Agreement explains how we work together, how your content is used and how we aim to create value for both our Creators and the households we serve.
While this Agreement sets out the terms of our relationship, we hope it marks the beginning of a long-term partnership in helping households cook more confidently, save money and save food.
Our goal is to make this relationship simple, fair and mutually beneficial while protecting both you and Saveful as the Platform continues to grow.

1. PURPOSE
Saveful operates an intelligent technology platform that helps households make better food decisions by connecting people with trusted recipes, personalised recommendations and food knowledge shared by chefs and creators.
The Saveful Creator Community brings together chefs and food creators who share our vision of helping households cook more often, waste less food, save money and build greater confidence in the kitchen.
This Agreement explains how Content is uploaded, displayed, promoted and managed through the Saveful Platform.
2. The Saveful Creator Principles
While these principles are not legally binding, they reflect the values that guide the Saveful Creator Community. Together we believe in:
Inspiring more people to cook at home.
Helping households save money and save food.
Encouraging healthier food choices.
Celebrating seasonal ingredients and local producers.
Sharing knowledge generously.
Respecting food, people and the planet.
Building an inclusive and positive food community.
Using technology to make great cooking more accessible.
Leaving the food system better than we found it.
3. About saveful
Saveful operates an intelligent technology platform. We provide the technology that enables households to discover recipes, organise ingredients, receive personalised recommendations and connect with trusted chefs and creators.
Creators upload and manage their own Content through the Saveful Creator Portal.
Saveful hosts and displays Creator Content but does not create, verify or independently review every recipe, image, video or other material uploaded by Creators.
Creators remain responsible for the Content they upload.
While Saveful uses reasonable efforts to operate a reliable platform, Saveful does not guarantee:
the accuracy, completeness or suitability of Creator Content;
the quality, safety or outcome of meals prepared using any recipe;
ingredient availability;
cooking results;
uninterrupted availability of the Platform; or
that any recipe is suitable for every household, allergy or dietary requirement.
Households remain responsible for their own cooking decisions, ingredient selection, food preparation and food safety.
4. Eligibility
To participate as a Saveful Creator you must:
be at least 18 years of age;
have authority to enter into this Agreement;
own, or have permission to use, all Content you upload;
comply with applicable laws; and
provide accurate and up-to-date profile information.
5. YOUR content
You may upload recipes, photographs, videos, cooking tips, kitchen hacks and other original content ("Content") through the Saveful Creator Portal.
By uploading Content you confirm that:
you own the Content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it;
your Content does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party;
your Content complies with applicable laws;
your Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and
you are responsible for maintaining and updating your Content where appropriate.
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your Content.
Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of your Content to Saveful.
6. Licence to Host and Promote Content
By uploading Content to Saveful, you grant Saveful a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, publish, communicate and promote the Content you upload through the Platform.
This licence enables Saveful to:
display your recipes, photographs, videos and other Content within the Saveful Platform;
make your Content available to households using Saveful;
include your Content within search results, personalised recommendations and curated collections;
feature your Content throughout the Platform;
use your recipes, images, profile information and other uploaded Content to promote Saveful, the Saveful Creator Community and the Platform generally;
feature your profile and Content across Saveful's website, mobile applications, email communications, social media channels, advertising, presentations, public relations activities, media releases and other promotional materials;
create promotional campaigns highlighting Saveful Creators and the impact of the Platform; and
resize, crop or optimise uploaded images where reasonably necessary for different digital or marketing formats, provided the integrity of the Content is maintained.
The licence granted under this clause remains in effect until you:
remove the relevant Content from the Platform; or
delete your Creator Profile,
except:
where Saveful is required to retain limited records for legal, accounting, reporting or operational purposes; or
where your Content forms part of previously published or distributed marketing, promotional, educational, investor, media or historical materials created before the date of removal; or
where continued use is otherwise required by law.
Once your Content or Creator Profile has been removed, Saveful will not knowingly use that Content in any new marketing or promotional campaigns without your consent.
Saveful will not materially alter your recipes or use your name, image or Content in a way that is misleading or suggests your endorsement of a third-party product, service or organisation without your prior written consent.
7. ATTRIBUTION
Saveful recognises that your recipes and Content are your intellectual property.
Where reasonably practicable, recipes displayed within Saveful will identify you as the Creator and include a link to your Creator Profile, where households can learn more about you and access your biography, website and nominated social media channels.
Where Saveful uses your Content for marketing or promotional purposes, Saveful will use reasonable efforts to acknowledge you as the Creator where practical and appropriate.
8. AI AND RECIPE ADAPTATION
One of Saveful's core features is helping households make better use of the ingredients they already have available.
Accordingly, Saveful may use artificial intelligence to:
recommend ingredient substitutions;
adjust serving quantities;
suggest seasonal alternatives;
personalise recipe recommendations;
recommend recipes based on household preferences and available ingredients; and
present recipes in ways that improve the household cooking experience.
Saveful will always seek to preserve the intent and style of your original recipe. Your attribution will remain attached to your recipe wherever reasonably practicable. Saveful does not claim authorship of your original Content.
9. REFERRAL PROGRAMME
Saveful will provide each Creator with:
a personalised referral link; and
a personalised QR code,
which may be shared with their audience through websites, social media, newsletters or other promotional channels.
From time to time, Saveful may offer a referral incentive to encourage new subscribers to join the Platform through a Creator's referral link.
At the commencement of this Agreement, eligible new subscribers who join Saveful using a Creator's referral link will receive a 5% discount on the applicable Saveful subscription price.
For each eligible paid subscription generated through your referral link, you will receive 10% of Net Subscription Revenue. Net Subscription Revenue means subscription income actually received by Saveful after deducting:
Apple App Store commissions;
Google Play commissions;
payment processing fees;
GST, VAT and similar taxes;
refunds;
chargebacks; and
other government-imposed levies.
Saveful may change subscription pricing, referral incentives or promotional offers from time to time. Where changes materially affect Creator referral payments, Saveful will provide reasonable notice.
10. PAYMENTS
The Eligible referral earnings will be reported through your Creator Dashboard.
Payments will be made quarterly, by the end of the month following each calendar quarter. For example:
January–March → paid by 30 April
April–June → paid by 31 July
July–September → paid by 31 October
October–December → paid by 31 January
Payments are subject to:
provision of valid payment details;
compliance with applicable taxation requirements; and
any minimum payment threshold advised by Saveful.
Creators are responsible for their own taxation obligations.
11. creator dashboard
Saveful intends to provide each Creator with access to a personalised Creator Dashboard, enabling them to understand the overall impact of their recipes. Dashboard insights may include aggregated volumes, quantities and performance metrics such as:
total recipe views;
total meals cooked;
total returning cooks;
average 5-Carrot Rating;
most popular recipes;
estimated total household savings generated;
estimated total food saved;
estimated total CO₂ emissions avoided;
geographic distribution of households engaging with your recipes;
total referral subscribers;
total referral revenue earned;
overall community engagement; and
recipe performance trends over time.
The Creator Dashboard provides aggregated insights only and does not disclose the personal information or identities of Saveful users.
Dashboard features will continue to evolve as the Platform grows.
12. PLATFORM evolution
Saveful continually develops new technology and features. From time to time, Saveful may introduce new functionality that enhances how Creator Content is displayed, recommended or experienced by households.
Any future use of your Content will remain consistent with the licence granted under this Agreement and will continue to recognise your ownership of that Content.
13. creator RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Saveful Creator, you agree to:
upload only Content that you own or are authorised to use;
ensure recipes are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
maintain accurate profile information;
behave respectfully within the Saveful community;
avoid misleading or deceptive claims;
comply with applicable food safety laws where relevant; and
promptly update or remove Content that you become aware is inaccurate or inappropriate.
14. community standards
Creators must not upload Content that:
infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights;
is unlawful;
is defamatory;
promotes hatred or discrimination;
contains offensive or inappropriate material;
infringes another person's privacy or rights; or
has been copied, reproduced or generated using another person's work without appropriate rights or permission.
Saveful may remove Content that breaches these standards.
15. Marketing & Promotional Opportunities
From time to time, Saveful may invite Creators to participate in:
brand partnerships;
promotional campaigns;
media opportunities;
educational initiatives;
recipe collections;
public events;
speaking opportunities; and
other collaborations.
Participation in these activities is always voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Founding Chef Recognition
The Saveful Founding Chef Collective recognises the first 100 chefs who join Saveful and help shape the Platform during its early stages. Founding Chef recognition acknowledges those early contributors and provides access to the Founding Chef benefits described by Saveful from time to time.
Founding Chef recognition is personal, non-transferable and has no independent monetary value. Participation as a Saveful Creator is not dependent upon being a Founding Chef.
17. Ending the Agreement
You may remove individual Content or delete your Creator Profile at any time.
Upon removal:
Saveful will stop displaying the removed Content within a reasonable period;
the licence granted under this Agreement will end for that Content, except where Saveful is required to retain limited records for legal, accounting, reporting or operational purposes;
future referral commissions will cease in accordance with this Agreement; and
where applicable, any Founding Chef recognition and associated Founding Chef benefits will conclude from the date the Creator Profile is removed.
Historical reporting and financial records may be retained where required by law.
18. Suspension or Removal
Saveful may suspend or terminate a Creator Profile where a Creator:
materially breaches this Agreement;
uploads unlawful or infringing Content;
acts fraudulently;
repeatedly breaches the Community Standards; or
engages in conduct that may seriously damage the reputation of Saveful.
Where reasonably practical, Saveful will seek to notify the Creator before permanent removal.
19. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Participation as a Saveful Creator does not guarantee:
audience growth;
recipe views;
subscriber numbers;
referral revenue;
commercial partnerships;
promotional opportunities; or
future platform features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saveful excludes liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in the Platform.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Changes to this Agreement
Saveful may update this Agreement from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, applicable laws or the services provided.
Where changes are material, Saveful will notify Creators before the updated Agreement takes effect.
21. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia unless otherwise required by applicable local legislation.
