1. Promoter - Saveful Worldwide Pty Ltd (ABN: 90 164 032 811), 35 Market Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205.

2. Entry Period - Competition opens 12:01am AEST on 15 December 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 December 2025.

3. Entry Eligibility & Restrictions - The competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over as of 15 December 2025. By entering, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter - To enter, participants must during the Entry Period:

• a. Create a Saveful Community within the Saveful mobile application;

• b. Share their Community invite link with family and friends; and

• c. Receive at least one new member who, before 11:59pm AEST on 31 December 2025:

• Downloads and registers for the Saveful app

• Joins the participant’s Saveful Community, and

• Cooks and logs their first meal within the Saveful app.

Each verified new Community member who completes the above steps equals one (1) entry for the participant. There is no limit to the number of entries. Entrants must have an active Saveful account and their own Saveful Community to participate.

5. Verification - Verification of entries will be conducted using the Saveful app’s Community and meal-logging systems. Only new users who join through a participant’s Community link and record their first meal during the Entry Period will be accepted as valid entries. The Promoter may request additional information if clarification is required.

6. Judging & Selection - This is a game of chance. All valid entries received during the Entry Period will be entered into a random draw conducted by the Promoter on Monday 5 January 2026. Winners will be notified via email by Friday 9 January 2026.

7. Prizes - Fifty (50) winners will each receive: One (1) copy of the exclusive Saveful A Fridge Full of Recipes Cookbook. This cookbook is not available for sale and cannot be purchased commercially. For the purposes of this competition, the cookbook has been assigned a notional promotional value of AUD $30. The total prize pool is AUD $1,500 (50 prizes × $30 notional value).

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

8. Intellectual Property & Consent - By entering, participants:

• Confirm that all submitted or in-app activity is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.

• Grant the Promoter the right to use their name, Saveful Community name, and entry details (excluding personal contact information) for promotional and marketing purposes related to this competition, without additional compensation.

9. Privacy - Personal information collected during this competition will be handled in accordance with the Saveful Privacy Policy and used only for administering the competition, contacting winners, and related promotional activities.

10. Disqualification - The Promoter may disqualify entries that:

• Is incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or misleading;

• Involves ineligible participants;

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

• Is reasonably suspected of manipulation, including creating fake accounts or artificial Community activity.

11. Limitation of Liability - The Promoter is not responsible for any:

• Technical difficulties

• Network failures

• App or phone malfunctions

• Delayed or lost entries

• Misuse of Community links

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense arising from participation in this competition or acceptance of any prize.

12. General - By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms, modify the competition, or cancel it at any time if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
